Q: How do I reprogram my remote, everything works but the channel changer buttons. Batteries are good.

A: This remote can only be programmed by a "certified" programmer. I do not think that there is a user manual that would help individual owners to do their own priogramminhg.

Q: Does this remote work through walls?

A: No! It is terrible! I tried to return it because it wouldn’t program. They wouldn’t return it because it was an open box. I paid Best Buy to come and program it and they couldn’t get it to work. Another failure. Still wouldn’t return!

Q: there is a flashing red light in the upper right hand corner - what does that mean

A: Without a picture it's hard to say what you're seeing, but it might be the IR indicator that lights up any time a command is being sent from the remote. If it's lighting up only when you press it that's definitely what it is. If it's happening all the time it could be a button that's stuck, or something else entirely.
