A: It has an RCA input... If you have terminal outputs (the kind that you screw wires under), just cut the other end of an RCA cable and strip the wires to land it to a terminal.

A: Mine is black, but I think it comes in both colors, you just need to look for the options on Best Buy's page. Honestly, I keep mine behind a recliner where nobody sees it, anyway, and if it had to be in a space where it was visible, I'd probably put a piece of fabric on it for decoration purposes. I wouldn't describe these as "ugly", per se, but I wouldn't have one sitting out and about in plain view, either. They have a "functional" look to them.

A: Yes. One must plug the woofer in to a power outlet and the sub out of a stereo/amp/receiver.

A: That depends if your soundbar has a sub out or not. Without knowing the model of bar you have I can say yes or no. Another option could be if your TV has a sub out, which is rare.
