Q: How do u start to make hot coffee
A: The buttons are on the right side. Top button is iced setting. If you want hot coffee just skip the iced button. Pick your size in ounces from 8 to 12 and it will start hot coffee. For iced coffee fill the glass with ice, press the iced button then select your size. The Keurig will adjust temperatures and water accordingly. If you select 12 oz without the iced option you get 12 oz. If you get 12 oz iced coffee you will get brewed at a lower temp and you will get about 6 oz of coffee over the ice.
