Wüsthof is the first knife manufacturer to offer black, fully forged, DLC-coated knives. The diamond-like carbon coating increases the surface hardness of the blades from 58 to 104 Rockwell, making them resistant to acids, alkalis, extreme temperatures, wear, and scratches. The slip-resistant Hexagon Power Grip ensures excellent control, even under demanding conditions.
