A: We ordered the speaker also and it seems like it’s missing a piece as we can’t connect it to the TV either. I am still debating whether to keep the speaker as it pretty weak.

A: Hi there. The SB-4374UHD-BL is our first-generation Veranda series outdoor TV for full shade. It has built-in down-firing 20W speakers, but does not have an onboard amp to power SunBrite outdoor soundbars. We’d recommend you consider our SunBrite All-Weather 6.5" Surface Mount Outdoor Speakers – model SB-AW-6. They can be mounted to walls, decks, or eves. They produce very loud, clear, full sound and are available in black or white. A Best Buy In-Home Advisor can recommend the best amplifier to power the outdoor speakers. Hope this is helpful. Thanks!

Soundbar cuts out continually
I purchased this soundbar along with a SB-V-55-4KHDR-BL Veranda outdoor TV. This came up as a recommendation with my purchase so I added it and had both professionally installed. First of all, it doesn't put out a lot of sound. Secondly, every time I put the sound level above 50, the soundbar cuts out. I am very disappointed. I now see from a comment from SunBrite on another soundbar that the compatible models for my TV are SB-SP557-BL, and the premium all-weather soundbar is SB-AW-SNDBR-S-BL. Why would Best Buy show this as a recommended purchase with my TV when it isn't even compatible? I am going to have to disconnect this soundbar and return it to Best Buy and turn around and purchase one of the other two. SunBrite reps, which of the two do you recommend for my outdoor patio that will provide the most sound output for entertaining?

Must have! If you have an outdoor sun rite TV but this speaker! I wish I knew a year ago they made this! Awesome sound quality and much easier than having to use a Bluetooth adaptor and speaker!!

This product really helped
This was a great addition to our outdoor TV. Before we added this it was hard to hear the TV. It works seamlessly with our Sunbrite TV.
