A: The jar is plastic and in my opinion much better than the old heavy glass jar of my old cuisinart blender which this blender replaced. After using this blender daily for over a month, I prefer the plastic jar.

A: If you use one of the preset programs, then yes, it will run for a particular amount of time before stopping.
Q: Is it free of harmful substances(PFAS,PFOA,BPA)? What it’s made??
A: The Breville® BBL620 Fresh & Furious™ Blender does not have any component that would touch food or blended items that contains any PFA's. The jug is BPA-Free Triton™ plastic.
Q: Will the Breville grind nuts until smooth without chunks or pieces?
A: The Breville® BBL620 Fresh & Furious™ Blender can chop shelled nuts. Nut butters are best achieved with a food processor.
