Awesome looking dishwasher and the two drawers makes cleaning small loads convenient. Drying function is tremendous - glassware sparkles. The drawbacks are: 1) Loading anything other than dishes is difficult because the tines on the racks are too close together for bowls and pans. 2) Powdered detergent is recommended, and liquids / gels cannot be used. We ended up using pods, which is fine. However, a bulk dispenser for liquids would be nice. 3) Mounting the dishwasher to the cabinets was very cumbersome - using a screwdriver for the screw locations is nearly impossible.

We love our dishwasher! It’s perfect since it is just the 2 of us for the most part at home and now we can run the dishwasher with just one of the drawers instead of having to run the traditional one with not much in it or wait for days. Also nice we can run 2 different loads on different by settings! Recommend this dishwasher!

The first one was DOA but Best Buy took care of me and I was overall happy with the installation experience. The dishwasher itself is nice to look at and I actually kind of like loading the drawers instead of one dishwasher. I feel like I do dishes more thoughtfully and I end having and easier time loading and emptying it. The only downside is that it's hard to tell if it's running (yes it's very quiet which is a good thing) but there's not indicator light or screen that says it's running or complete and sometimes it just stops on its own totally randomly making me continue it manually which is annoying. Otherwise I'm pleased with it.
