A: The JCD373 is a Plug n Play device and will work with computers running M1.
Q: This only has 3 USB ports, correct? Does the brand make a hub with more ports than 3 ?
A: The JCD373 has 2 USB Type-A and 1 Type-C for pass-through charge up to 60W. The most USB Type-A ports on a device with other connections are 3. We also have USB Hubs that provide 7 Type-A ports but with no other connections available.
A: Yes, the USB-C Multi-Port Hub with Power Delivery will be able to transfer data from your iPhone/iPad and memory card to your MacBook Air M2. This Adapter is a Plug n Play device, no driver needed. Thank you.
Q: Is this compatible with iPad latest model that is not a pro or air?
A: If it's the new iPad 10.2 in, the Multi-Port Hub will not work with a Lightning connector port on the iPad. You will need an iPad with a USB Type-C connector port.

A: The Power-in port (USB-C) allows you to fast charge your mobile devices with Power Delivery supported and give a little more power to the USB ports when it's needed. The device gets power from your computer, tablet or phone with the host cable is connected.

A: The JCD373 may not work for adding storage to chromecast + google tv. The device is set up for Windows, Mac and Chromebooks with DP Alt Mode and PD. You may test our device, if it's possible but we cannot guarantee compatibility.

A: Yes, Surface Pro 7 is compatible with JCD373. Supports PnP devices.
