Q: What was refurbished? Original problem Return policy for this item?
A: These monitors have historically had issues with dead pixels and back light bleed. Many people returned them for these issues, so its probably one of those.
A: I questioned Best Buy over the phone and live chat about the same issue. However, I will say that the refurbished model does come up for sale from time-to-time. You just have to monitor the listing daily and jump on it as soon as it's available. Check Best Buy's eBay page as well. I was finally able to buy one near the end of January. It was worth the effort and wait.

Q: What is the warranty on this monitor? How is it mounted to the stand ? 4 screws and a plate?
A: The in box warranty for my refurbished monitor says 90 days. I have yet to wall mount it but I'm 90% sure it's your standard 100x100 vesa mount with 4 screws
