A: it's not going to get you a lot of jumps but if you follow the directions, it's enough to get a car started. It also has 2 USB ports to charge other things if you need. Not going to be a workhorse to jump 10 cars in a row but if you're in a bind, it's small enough to keep in the trunk and should get you out of a bind. I was skeptical too when i got mine but worked great when I needed it.
Q: How low can the volts or amps be in a dead battery and still be able to charge it up?
A: Some batteries (actually most of them) can develop an internal short, especially as they age. They then will lose their charge and fail to start your car. If the short is bad enough it can prevent a jumpstart from being useful to start your car. The short simply lowers the available voltage and current to the point where it can't do it. If your car battery is 5+ years old and you are having consistent problems with it, get a new battery. Don't rely on jumps to keep it going!

A: 1/ month if not used.
Q: How do you charge this "charger"? And is cord included to charge it?
