Disappointing
I wanted strtching exercises; this dvd was a slow dance routine with a lot of movements strtching your head up and back; looking at the celing does not allow you to see the next move. It was not a dvd showing different strectching moves and how to do them. It was too hard to follow effectivley to acommplish good muscle stretching.. I will not look at or use again.
