Q: Can I attach the Bow tie antenna directly to my flat screen tv?
A: You can if it is equipped and formatted to receive digital signals. Their are several low profile, slim and flat antennas on the market now that are fairly inexpensive. They provide great picture quality and sound. If you get one that is powered and install per the manufactures recommendation you get a wide variety of channels. I was highly skeptical until I bought one on sale. I only bought it because it was on sale and figured I would only be out $15 if it didn't work. Best purchase I have made in a long time. I went back and bought two more, one for the other TV and a gift for my father.
A: This likely depends on the return policy of the store where you get it. Mine gives a two week return policy (which is long past now) in case it is not suitable. It would be a good idea to find out first before you buy as to what reasons are considered valid for returns and the time frame allowed at any given store.
