Great for 1st time buyers or upgrades Posted by: from: on Upgraded from the mini 2 and for the same price as the 64GB from Apple, I got 128GB. IMHO the iPad Pro 9.7" is not worth the price difference from the Air 2. I use my iPad casually to check emails, read news, and to play a few games. Having all the extra space should save me from having to upgrade for a few years.

Great new iPad Posted by: from: on I upgraded from an iPad 2 to an Air 2 after almost 5 years of flawless performance from the iPad 2. What I notice most in the upgrade is an increase in speed--everything loads and executes much faster-- and a lighter device. The difference in weight is really noticeable. The Air 2 is much easier to hold and doesn't tire my hands as much as the older and heavier iPad 2. The only complaint I have with the Air 2 is the new screen. My Bamboo stylus drags across the new screen and drawing programs sometimes skip as a result. This was a major drawback since I use my iPad for art work and note taking. I purchased a Pencil 53 and this stylus works much better but still skips on occasion, even when it is paired as a smart stylus in a specific programs. The Pencil 53 works beautifully with Paper but has some problems ( smears rather than erases, especially in Procreate) and skips with other programs it pairs with. I attribute this to the new screen technology in the Air 2 and hopefully it will improve with time as more 3rd party developers as well as Apple respond to these glitches. If you use only your fingers on the screen it works beautifully.

The evolution of a classic Posted by: from: Buenos Aires, Argentina on From the beginning, I loved its weight and size. Not that my iPad 4 was either too heavey or bulky, but Apple managed to shrink it to this piece of tech. Then to the device itself: great response, screen clarity, touch secren response. The response time, to someone not absolutely techincal as myself, seems to be faster than my previous iPad. The edges have also been improved, being smaller and adding to a smaller iPad. All in all, a great evolution to something that already seemed excellent. A must

Love it! Posted by: from: on I waited a long time to save up enough money to buy this 128 gig iPad air. It's turned out to be everything I thought it would be. I am glad I purchased the two-year Apple plan with it. I've never had an Apple product before and was completely unfamiliar with how the tablet operated. I've called them several times with questions – – the most recent call was to learn how to download a movie. I have yet to encounter anything less than stellar customer service. Each time I've called within two minutes I am speaking with a person. It's been a couple of weeks since I purchased the iPad and now I rarely pick up my laptop to do anything. it's a great product. I use it for Internet browsing, email, watching videos, reading books and newspapers, listening to music and of course I play a few games.

iPads still my tablet of choice Posted by: from: on iPad Air 2 has a really nice redesign from iPad 4 models, but if your getting anything less than 64GB, might not be good enough for app space, 128GB might be worth the extra money

Best bang for the buck for an iPad! Posted by: from: on I highly recommend the iPad Air 2 (with Cellular). For just $10 extra a month I was able to add this to my AT&T Family Share plan. Contemplating the iPad Pro and this model, I'm really glad I went with the iPad Air 2 as it delivers great performance while doing everything I want. And what's more, Best Buy's great price promotion allowed me to get it for less than half of the price of the iPad Pro.

Good. But I know there is something better. Posted by: from: on The amazing: Seamless app integration, looks (no one can deny that Apple products are attractive), easy access to your purchases, and the fingerprint sensor (wayyyy better than my Note 4's). The adequate: The display is crisp but not light enough, the sound is okay, the battery life is good enough but not awesome. What needs to change: The display needs brightness, I look at my Note 4 then my iPad and it is so dim. It needs expandable storage, you won't always have a Wi-Fi connection available to you and a lot of people prepare for it. The battery life could be better, and I would sacrifice thinness for a removable battery. The verdict: If I didn't have my movies and music tied up in Apple, the app integration and looks would not keep me from jumping ship. However, I'm not miserable with my tablet and it works fine.

iPad Air 2 met our expectations Posted by: from: on We've been looking into buying an iPad for quite some time. We finally "took the plunge" and purchased the 128GB Wifi + cellular iPad Air 2 on sale at a great price at Best Buy. We've spent the past month exploring the things we can do with it. It is a great portable media device. My wife especially appreciates using it in the kitchen while preparing a meal using recipes she found while browsing online. She also likes using it to watch Netflix while on the treadmill. While we haven't activated the device on our cell phone plan, it's nice to know we have the cellular data capability when we need it.
