A: Yes u can just need Pop in the SIM card and u are good to go I have t mobile unlimited I went from cricket to t mobile just for the unlimited family plan

A: Super simple! I bought mine as a Verizon upgrade and they set it up for me at the Verizon store. I had the 5c also and this is similar. But has a better camera, way longer battery life, and is easier to as the screen.

A: Sure! Everything you had on your old phone will transfer to the new one if you keep your phone number and apple ID. Speaker is good. I can listen to Spotify in my car.

A: emails are ok, idk about word documents. i think it needs to be in pdf format or you have to convert them.
