A: All AudioQuest HDMI cables with a PVC jacket are in-wall rated. Vodka HDMI up to 3.0 m. features a braided jacket; 5.0 m. and longer feature a PVC jacket.

A: The Vodka is better than Carbon, especially if you run a longer cable like 2m or more. The sound quality actually improves more than picture quality for TV 65in or smaller. Highly recommended if you use a quality sound bar or use for home theater system.
