Q: How do I set the time and set the auto timer ?
A: Setting the PROGRAM is a little tricky, because the same button is used to select a BOLD brew. Press and hold the PROG/BOLD button until the word PROG appears on the LCD display. The time should default to 1200am and be flashing. Within 15 seconds, press and select the desired brew time by pressing hours and minutes (note there is am and pm hours). When the correct time is selected, press the PROG/BOLD button again and it should beep, and the ring around the PROG/BOLD will light.
A: Sensio Inc., "Bella" products, has the WORST warranty / replacement procedure..... EVER !! For a simple coffeemaker, I had to get a "reference number" to open a claim, then send pictures, and a scanned copy of my receipt, then answer further emails asking about why I needed/wanted a warranty replacement. STILL WAITING . . . . . . . Best Buy offered NO assistance, other than to pass-the-buck.

A: Tap the program button twice. It will flash the program time and then it goes back to displaying the current time. If the blue light stays on that means you have done it correctly and it will brew at the time you set.
