A: I had trouble too. The SD slot is right above the SIM card.

A: I do it all the time. You can look at your pictures or text, view the web.... Either have to have the caller on speaker or have bluetooth to do so. Hope this helps.
Q: Can you port your phone number from a Virgin phone to this one?
A: Yes, although it was kind-of a pain. I ported both my and my wife's numbers from Virgin Mobile. It is not easy to talk to a person. I just kept hitting zero, with the automated voice telling me "invalid option" until it eventually gave up and said that it was forwarding my call to a rep. I had to call Boost Mobile multiple times before getting someone that was competent enough to go through the process. Surprisingly, the first time I called, the rep answered with "Welcome to Virgin Mobile". They are supposedly sister companies, and so it was a little confusing.
