Q: Why is my printer so slow...
A: Your computer needs to format each print job using the installed print driver. This can take time depending on the amount of graphics and type of document you are printing. The printer should print fast once it receives all of the information needed to print each page. Did you compare this to other printers on the same computer? Are you using wireless? Wireless connections can be slow or can be disrupted by things such as microwave ovens operating nearby.
Q: Can it also print one side of the page only?
A: Of course you can print one-sided. The duplex feature is available, but by default pages print on one side only. You have to deliberately select two sided printing in the print properties if that is what you want.

A: I really like this printer, purchased a few months ago. It measures approximately 13" square and stands approximately 7" high, a very compact footprint. It's quiet and 'sleeps' until printing is requested. No need to fuss with an on/off switch. Print quality is very good, especially for such a bargain price.
