Multiplayer review Posted by: from: on This game has three parts, three separate games actually: multiplayer, campaign, and zombies. This review is for the multiplayer portion of the game because that is what I bought the game to play. The rating is only for that part of the game. Multiplayer is you and 5 of your closest randomly-assigned noob-scrub friends against 6 experienced and skilled opponents. The game begins with you appearing on a map and being instantly killed by an opponent who somehow got there and into position well before you arrived. You resurrect directly in their line of fire and immediately die again. This process repeats until the game eventually ends with your team losing. During the milliseconds between your deaths, you'll catch glimpses of the rest of your team huddled in the corner on the opposite side of the map. Then BAM! Your dead again. For more fun you can buy the advanced or collectors editions of the game, which lets your corpse drop a better weapon and allows you to be buried in exclusive clothing. Highly recommended to all gamers who enjoy viewing clips of other players killing them.

Just another rushed COD game Posted by: from: Louisville, KY on I wish people would stop giving this game a 5 star rating just because it's a COD game. If you would actually pay attention when you play the game you would realize how bad it is. When you are running/walking around like I do my guy will move right/left with out even touching anything. Will act like it is walking over something even though there is nothing there. I know I have a bad connection to the servers because most of the time I get killed in 1 or 2 shots. Yet I could get 3 or 4 hit markers and they won't die. The main reason I got the game is to play with my friends, but I think they get tired of me complaining about the connection. My internet is 30 down and 5 up. Not bad, but never a good connection to the host/server so can never do anything.

Best game Series.......Ever !!! Posted by: from: on If you've never played black ops or black ops 2 or black ops 3 you are in for a treat my friend. These games are freaking awesome, top notch.... grade A.... you won't be disappointed i guarantee. This series is simply in a word phenomenal. Please make sure you buy all the DLC map packs and add-ons to complete the experience. Again you won't be disappointed I assure you.

Good game overall. Posted by: from: Birmingham, AL on This game is no masterpiece by any means but it is a solid package of entertainment for 60 bucks. Whether you love Call of Duty or hate it, this has been a definite improvement over other installments. Treyarch knows what fans want and they delivered practically 5-6 games in ONE here. There's a solid campaign with co-op AND local split-screen co-op. (which is rare these days, sadly) A multiplayer mode that is just as good or better than the previous Black Ops games with wall running parkour craziness. Yet ANOTHER friggin' zombies (come up with something else for once) mode filled with celebrities that is actually pretty decent. Dead Ops Arcade returns in this game as well for those of you who remember the top down directional shooter game from the very first Black Ops. This one's hidden in the campaign mode. There's even a couple of bonus modes such as a survival mode built in to the campaign and a free-run obstacle course mode as well.

Black Ops III is a solid RPG-like addition to COD Posted by: from: on At first I wasn't sure I'd be a big fan of the RPG aspects of the game, but I ended up finding it a lot of fun. It without question adds some replay value to the game for those who want to "fully upgrade" everything. The game is all totally feature packed; you are definitely getting your money's worth when you buy this game. IT seems like COD is going full-bore on the futuristic plotlines and technology within the game, which I wasn't sure about at first, but ended up enjoying it just as much as the previous iterations. Very solid game for PS4.

Split Screen is BAD! Posted by: from: on I bought this game planning to play it locally with friends, however it there are too many issues with it. Split screen issues: The text is blur and so small that you wouldn't be able to read even on 65" screen, split screens are off (lower screen is missing for lower player, believe me it's not the PS4 playable screen settings), there are black screen on both side of screens (older games can handle this so there shouldn't excuse for this IMO) . You will see when google split screen issues and it seems like the producer company hasn't confirmed that they will fix these issues. Do NOT buy this if you are planning to play locally with friends (split screen). One player campaign and online plays are good though. Hope this helps!

Same COD Repackaged Posted by: from: on Not much is "NEW" or "GAME CHANGING". No additional game types other than the 5 minutes of waiting I have to do before getting an ARENA match started. Cool in thought (ban/protect items) but I get to play 3 games in an hour. Honestly feeling like I wasted my money on this junk. Campaign may be good but it's not going to add longevity to any game. Buy it or don't buy... either way rent it first

Best COD Game Ever Posted by: from: Atlanta, Georgia on I really liked this game. They perfected the movement system and made it a bit slower than Advanced Warfare. This is great because AW would make me super tired after one match.

Solid Shooter Posted by: from: on Black ops three is a step in the right direction for the franchise. But the overall direction of the series is on the downside. Neverless this is a solid shooter.
