Q: Is the stem supposed to be loose and wiggle slightly?
A: Yes, it's made that way. To be loose & wiggle.
Q: Does this have a disk just for shredding? I do not want one that has one disk for multiple task.
A: The discs (2) are double sided. Each disc has the slicing blade one side and the shredding holes on the flip side. The discs are medium and fine.
Q: Can this be used to chop nuts? For example make Cashew cream
A: This can be used to chop nuts.
Q: Does this chop veg , I mean chop and not Smosh vegetables ?
A: I've used it to slice zucchini - it sliced well. Brussels Spouts - good again. Sugar Snap Peas - nice slice without mushing. I've shredded zucchini also and it did not seem mushy.
Q: Will this make Smooth PEANUT BUTTER?
A: Yes, this will make smooth peanut butter.
Q: Can the unit make bread dough and does it have a pulse mode?
A: Yes and yes. Both work very well
Q: Does it grind meat: beef and pork?
A: It chops slices and shreds. It is not a meat grinder however it will chop meat down to purée if that’s what you want.
Q: Does this product do fine grating?
A: So far I’ve had no issues with cheeses and vegetables, of course the very tail end of the cheese block or carrot has a little trouble but I always find that refreshing to nibble on while cooking anyway!
