A: The video card equipped in this computer does not use a VGA cable for display, please ensure you are connected to the HDMI port located lower down the case. There may be some tabs covering the ports so simply pull them out to reveal them. A: I had that problem also but u need to buy a new vga like adaptor u can see it in the instruction what kind of vga u need also after that u can't u connect to wifi or Internet idk why maybe u are gonna buy another wireless network
