Q: can this run fallout 4 and bo3
A: It will have a very rough time running those two games on any graphical setting. What I reccomend is buying this pc and then buying a separate graphics card like the NVIDIA gtx 760 and replacing the graphics card. It will save you money and be less expensive then a prebuild with that graphics card.
Q: Is It Compatible With a Nvidia GeForce 750 ti
A: Yes it will and that is what i am running. GV-N75TWF2OC-4GI just make sure you have a 6 pin power cord or you will need to get one. there only $5.00.
A: NO DONT EVEN TRY I tried to run it and it didnt even get past 5 fps at the character creation. I am saving up for a new gpu and psu, you are gonna be stuck with games such as minecraft, csgo, eso, LoL, smite, ect.

A: Out of the box yes, but not at full settings. I upgraded my video card to the gtx 970 and it will run that at full settings with great fps performance!
