Q: How long this computer was use by previous owner..
A: The previous owner logged 74 hours of use, only Sunday mornings from 6:45-7:45. Then she died.
Q: DOES THE COMPUTER SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR? PLEASE LET ME KNOW
A: My refurbished computer was in good condition. Minor scratches but you have to be very close to see.
Q: Can this computer lock into a docking station?
A: Yes, it looks like it has a connector for docking station underneath side. It should also state that in the specs. CH
Q: Does this have a DVD drive? Is it good with games like the Sims 4? Is it bluky?
A: No built in optical drive. None of the ultra slim laptops have one. Get an external drive, I bought the Pioneer Blu-Ray. It's tiny and the magnesium case matches the Surface Book. :-)
