Nice AV quality , not my favorite film
The 4K steelbook release of "Dread" is a decent addition to my collection, but it doesn't quite live up to the 1993 version. However, the low price of the steelbook makes it a good value for fans of the film. The picture quality is good, and the steelbook packaging is a nice touch. Overall, "Dread" is worth picking up for fans of the genre or collectors of 4K steelbooks.
Dredd is a fantastic and faithful depiction of the Dredd character that features unique action and special effects! This 4K release looks incredible at times thanks to the use of HDR, but the new Dolby Atmos track steals the show! It is a very dynamic and immersive mix start to finish! The steelbook itself is also gorgeous and worth the extra few $ in my opinion.
