Q: Is this card the superclocked version? Bestbuy is not the best at distinguishing models online.
A: Yeah, the 08G-P4-6173-KB model is for the SC version. I don't know why Best Buy doesn't show it in the title, but the SC version has the 1594MHz clock and 1784MHz boost clocks like the specs show.
Q: What is the best power supply needed for this graphic card
A: Specs state 500W Minimum power supply. 500-650 or so should be okay.
Q: Is this the one thats RGB lightup?
A: No this one just as white lights, the FTW models have RGB
A: well in my case i have an AMD FX6300 black edition 3.5ghz overclocked to 4.5ghz with this video card, and it works pretty well even for rendering. it is one step under the base 1080's but a good budget card.
A: you would have to register product on evga website. go to them they have the sign up info.
A: Then don't buy it. If spending ~$400 on a videocard is conditioned on getting a "free" [it isn't "free"] game/trinket/key fob, then wait for another "bundle". One will come along!
A: It will, If you're trying to push multiple 4k displays you might want to bump up to a 1080. But it's been chewing through 2k-144hz with resources to spare. Nvidia lists it's max digital resolution at 7680x4320@60Hz No reason why you wouldn't be able to hit 4k. Make sure you're using the Display Port ports
A: As far as I can see, this motherboard has 3 PCIE x16 slots. It will work ok.
