Q: Can this tablet double as a phone?
A: Only with Skype or other type apps. Will work great for video calls, but not as a complete replacement for a phone. Also remember Skype and other apps like this use data, so connect to wifi for use unless you have a massive data plan.
Q: Does the tablet support flash player?
A: I was told it does but it is tricky to install. I have not tried to get it yet but plan to see a Samsung rep at Best Buy to find out how to do it. I was told that they can not actually do the install for you but can tell you, step by step, how to accomplish it. I hope this helps.

A: Yes, but locked for at&t only. Can not activate with t-mobile sim card.
Q: ATT Contract
A: month to month means the you don't have to follow a contract and if you don't want to continued with the service is up to you .
Q: can you use this tablet with out a hot spot on internet connection
A: Yes of course.... I ammusng it even as a GPS....
Q: is this product unlocked and can it be used internationally?
A: I do apologize but this one is locked to Att and is not able to be used international.
Q: Does this tablet have intergrated 3G or 4G installed.
A: it will work with 3G and 4G but is made for 4G because is a new generation from Samsung.
A: Best Buy has the device for free with a 2yr contract and purchase of a galaxy phone. That sheep enough? Ends this month.
