Finishes the story
If you've seen the first one, you've seen the best the series has. This follow up just finishes off the story begun in the first film, but is not nearly as engaging as the first.

Sci-fi Throwback to old westerns
If you liked those old westerns where they never had to reload their pistols, you'll love this (or at least get a good laugh). The bad guys have unlimited automatic pistols, while the good guys have delayed reaction wave guns. If you haven't watched the first movie, this will make no sense, but then it isn't the best sequel anyway, as I think they were just looking for closure. Only watch if you have seen the first one!
