A: The DriveSmart 50LMT comes with a suction cup mount and a vehicle power cord. It does not come with a home (AC) charger. The device can be charged indoors with the USB cable when connected to a computer. ~JH
A: For HD Traffic, you'd need to get the DriveSmart 50LMTHD. This product uses the standard Garmin Traffic (non-HD traffic). The red light and speed camera alerts will notify you of any known upcoming safety cameras as you drive. If you're approaching an intersection that has a red light camera, for example, it will notify you accordingly. -JPK

The mapping will already be loaded to the device, however it may not be the latest version, since the device may have been on the shelf for some time.
