Q: Will the stainless steel show finger prints?

A: Yes, it needs constant cleaning

Q: Is a GE filter required to operate icemaker and water? I already have filtered water going to the fridge.

A: Hello Dave - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. A GE water filter is not required to operate the icemaker and water dispenser on this refrigerator. You will want to install the bypass plug that comes with your refrigerator if you do not wish to use a water filter. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!

Q: WY isn't there more pictures of the refrigerator inside and outside to help me make up my mind

A: Hello Thomas - this is Nancy at GE Appliances and I am happy to help you. We're sorry to hear that you are unable to see photos of the inside of the refrigerator. Please visit the main GE website at: http://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-specs/GSE25HGHWW which shows photos of both the freezer and refrigerator with the doors open. I hope this helps! Thanks for checking with us!

A: Hi Jane- Thanks for choosing our GE® ENERGY STAR® Side-By-Side Refrigerator GSE25HMHES! We are sorry to hear it is not cooling properly and apologize for any inconvenience this unusual issue has caused. When a refrigerator is first installed, allow 24 hours for it to stabilize to normal operating temperatures. Some cooling should be obvious in the freezer within approximately one hour. The temperature controls are preset in the factory at 37°F for the refrigerator compartment and 0°F for the freezer compartment. Make sure the refrigerator doors are level and fully closed. Q: what is the difference between this model GSE25HGHWW and the GSE25GGHWW? I can't see the difference but sine the GGHWW is less expensive, what I am missing?

A: Hello, I am happy to help. Model GSE25HGHWW has an adjustable humidity drawer and one extra slide out freezer storage basket. I hope this helps. Thank you for checking with us. Lisa from GE Appliances.

Q: Just had mine installed and the water line hooked up but won’t dispense water. They didn’t leave an owners manual. What can I do?

A: It took me about two minutes of continuous pressing for the water to start coming out. The installers did mention that to me, I don't know why your installers didn't tell you that. They also left my owners manual... inside the fridge!!! LOL! I guess you should start looking for yours inside the shelves.
