When a refrigerator is first installed, allow 24 hours for it to stabilize to normal operating temperatures. Some cooling should be obvious in the freezer within approximately one hour. The temperature controls are preset in the factory at 37°F for the refrigerator compartment and 0°F for the freezer compartment. Make sure the refrigerator doors are level and fully closed. A: It took me about two minutes of continuous pressing for the water to start coming out. The installers did mention that to me, I don't know why your installers didn't tell you that. They also left my owners manual... inside the fridge!!! LOL! I guess you should start looking for yours inside the shelves.
