A Geek Squad Agent will make sure your computer has the latest updates to improve the functionality, stability and security of the machine. We will also remove clutter and unwanted software.*

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an add-on service. You must also order Device Setup or this part of your order will be canceled.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a redemption code. You can then schedule your appointment by calling 1-800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778).** Please print your Geek Squad confirmation e-mail and be ready when the Agent arrives at your chosen location.

• Before we begin: When we arrive at your home or office, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
• Streamlining the user experience: We'll remove programs and shortcuts you do not want, and configure start-up items and services. We'll also install critical updates for your operating system.
• Keeping your computer secure: We'll activate security software and register it for your computer.(Security software sold separately.)
• Final touches: We'll perform other tune-up-related tasks as necessary.
