Let a Geek Squad Agent install and configure your new smart hub package, register relevant user accounts, and download any necessary control apps.*
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a redemption code. You can then schedule your appointment by calling 1-800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778).** Please print your Geek Squad confirmation e-mail and be ready when the Agent arrives at your chosen location.
- Before we begin: When we arrive at your home, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
- Setting up your hub: We'll unbox your home automation equipment, if necessary, and connect up to 3 device hubs directly to your router. We'll also sync your devices to the appropriate control hub.
- Adding devices: We'll install up to 3 devices based on your requirements and set up control parameters for those devices, if applicable.
- Managing your software: We'll perform any critical software or firmware updates, create and register new user accounts so you can access mobile connectivity features, and download control apps on up to 3 mobile devices.
- Final steps: We'll show you how to use the new system and components. After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in.
