A: From what I can tell after googling it, your PC has a micro ATX (mATX) form factor, so it should fit. You should measure the size of your current board to make sure. Micro ATX is 9.6" x 9.6", I believe. Micro ATX boards will also fit in most standard ATX cases, as well.
