I like the full pot but when it come to rhe single cup i wish you could by filters leaves a lot of residue in botton of cup. I like the craft design when you pour it does not spill the extra plastic gaurd slows it down

I love the idea of being able to brew either 12 cups or just one or two cups with the same system. Great idea, was able to get rid of my Keurig.

We alternate between this coffee maker and a french press, but use this primarily for when we have guests. This coffee maker is great for its price

The option to brew a single cup is a big plus. I also like that you can make the brew a little stronger by using the 'Bold" option when brewing. Very attractive and well made machine.

- Answer Model 49980A comes with a filter for ground coffee on the single-serve side. This appliance does not include a permanent filter for ground coffee on the carafe side. We have a permanent filter available as an optional accessory on www.HamiltonBeach.com.
