Q: How long does the water last before you have to refill it again?
A: I run mine while I sleep at highest setting. It uses about 1/2 gallon a night.

A: It looks like mine, but mine doesn't play any sounds. To fill the humidifier, the clear top comes off the bottom base. Just give a little twist to separate the base from the top. Then turn the large clear container upside down and unscrew the cap. Then fill the clear container with cool water, screw cap back on. Then place the top back onto the base. It should snap into place...have the vent on the water container facing he same direction as the control button to fit the filled water container securely on the base.

You can call the companuy for a replacement, but easier to just print this out or just see rom computer Link below and I will try to attach the manual to this message but it could be too big. A: No, it does not.
Q: Can I add aromatherapy oils to this
A: Yes, I do daily and I believ it even says on the box or in the manula that this is an alternative use for it.
A: You can contact the manufacture, but try cleaning with some "CLR". If you did not used distilled water but water from the tap - it could be clogged with calcium buildup.
