A: I feel your pain! It seems to me that most things that used to come with an owner's manual now require the owner to go online to look up and print an owner's manual at the owner's expense. However, in this case, if you click on the HP Support Assistant, click "Next" at the bottom, click on "My Computer," and finally click "User Guides," you will find five built-in User Guides, including a Troubleshooting and Maintenance Guide.
