A: yes, I called customer service they worked on it 3 times, no luck so I returned it.
A: Not sure but I believe they are the exact same machine but with a different model number sold only at BestBuy. In that way BestBuy doesn't have to honor a price match guarantee if the unit sold directly by HP goes on sale (which it happens to be on sale right now).
A: What screen settings do you have it on? I get 8-10 hours streaming movies on 50% brightness, get a little more if you turn battery saver on.
Q: Why does my battery keeping draining slowly even after I shut it down?
A: Because the laptop is fatally flawed. USB C driver issues. Return and get another brand.
Q: Is the fan loud on this laptop? I just bought the Lenovo Yoga 710 and the fan is super loud!
A: I haven't heard any noise at all on mine, and I have a lot running at once, so that should say something.
A: I have anniversary installed. Not a problem.
Q: Will this laptop also be available in the dark grey / copper color?
A: Not on this version. The dark gray and golden one is not touch screen and not 2 in one but beautiful color. )-:
A: A leatherette folio came with mine. The box it came in is pretty big. Inside there's a cardboard folder for the leatherette folio, and another fully wrapped box with the laptop, held by foam padding.
