Q: How much space does it really have?
A: Mine show 12 GB available. You can add a SD card to the slot and increase your storage. The unit also comes with 1 TB of One Drive storage. Plenty of places to store your files.
Q: does it come with microsoft word
A: Yes, it comes with 1 year free Microsoft office 365 and you can download a free copy of office 2013.
A: This unit comes with a full version of Windows 8.1 64 Bit. You can access any WiFi signal as long as it is open or you know the password. It also has Bluetooth built in too.
Q: I'm going to college next year and wanted to know if this is a good laptop?
A: If you aren't worried about gamming on the laptop, this would be a great College laptop. The keyboard is confortable to type on, the screen is clear. Battery life should get you through a normal College day as long as you don't stream to much video or play games on it during the day.
Q: Does thw HP Stream 11.6 have a full-size keyboard?
A: The keys are the same size as my desk computer, however the layout is slightly different and it does not have the number pad on the right side.
A: You can download the software installer of your printer to their website then install it directly to the laptop.
Q: Does this computer feature touch screen?
A: No touch screen on this model. The touch pad is very good and gives you a lot of the gestures that work in Windows 8.1.
Q: can i increase the on board ram?
A: Everything I have read the answer is no. There is no access on the bottom of the unit, Works well with 2 GB.
