Q: Can the Stealth be worn in the left ear?
A: Yes, the Jabra Stealth+ can be used in either ear, I have lost 60% of hearing in me right ear so I needed a universal ear piece. This one is excellent.
Q: Is the Jabra Stealth+ different from the Jabra Stealth
A: I bought both. This is simply a relabel for BB in terms of functionality of the headset itself. The Stealth+ does include a car charger but does not include all of the eargels included with the Stealth. Personally, I prefer the black Stealth+ to the "toyish" look of the regular Stealth, so I was willing to purchase an accessory kit to get the medium sized ear gel that was most comfortable for me.

A: It comes with a Car charger and USB cable for charging, but not a wall charger.
