Q: Can you listen to music on it
A: I listen to audio books and music. The sound is fine. Not as good as my Bose headphones and I would not call it high end sound but will do in a pinch.
Q: Does ear gel piece lay flat on ear or inserts like ear bud?
A: Goes in ear like earbud, but it's uncomfortable
Q: Where is the volume button at
A: There isn't one.
A: I just use Google for GPS. I have not figured out how to turn up volume on the device.I just keep it turned up through my phone.
Q: Is this compatable with the Samsung Bluetooth? Is it used by truck drivers?
A: This will works perfectly with truck driver. I got this product for my husband who is on the road a lot so I don't have to worry about him when I called him.
