Pros: As strong a clarity as a phone connection allows. Convenient call-answering and initiation button from the switch at the end of the mouthpiece. Challenges: Fitting the device around my ear on the first try and the occasional detachment of the rubber ear plug cover that fortunately hasn't yet become lost for good when it happens.

The earpiece only last for 3 hours and not 10! bad

This headset fits like a glove on your ear. I have been wearing it most days and I'm not distracted by it. Works seemlesly also. Great product

Believe me I have been through many Bluetooth headsets and this is my favorite one. Not only does it have a 10 HOUR charge, the sound quality is amazing, I was walking through NYC and heard everything just fine, it is so comfortable I sometimes check to see if it is in my ear! LOL. The only negative is sometime it gets loose. All in all and excellent Bluetooth.

I have spent the last few months looking for the perfect bluetooth Hands-Free device. NH put a law into effect against talking/texting and driving. I tried a few different headsets, even little bluetooth speakers. Then I received my Jabra Storm! I am very impressed with how easy it is to use, comfortable it is to wear and how clear the sound is. I really dislike using my speaker phone function because I can't hear the people on the other end of the line. With the Storm, I can hear them like they are in the same room with me.
