A: If your phone normally does both with its own speaker then yes. I have only heard incoming calls beep-in with my Samsung.

A: Can you connect it to another phone. If not , may be broken or incompatible. Try deleting the device and retry pairing. Make sure you're phone is discoverable Ave the headset is fully charged

Q: How does this Bluetooth device work for truck drivers
A: Challenging if you got a loud Mack, not noise-cancelling but better than others. And volume cannot be adjusted louder, but can hear clearer with noise if slightly pressed into ear better. This is my 2nd one, stays on ear more securely. Worth my money. From another CDL'er.
