Q: Would these be a good factory speaker replacement without adding an amplifier?
A: No they need more power. Get a lower Rms speaker. I added an amp and I still get clipping because it's undersized.

A: Its a pair. So 2 speakers
A: Make sure the mounting holes are at least very close to the same pattern. Also, make sure you have adequate depth. Some OEM speakers didn't have much of a magnet on the back, so they were pretty shallow. These have more serious magnets and are deeper than factory speakers.
