When the green LED blinks rapidly it is indicating that the Sub Woofer is attempting to make a connection, but since your main unit is not turning on, it will not be able to make the connection. Depending on the location of the outlets that you are using for the main unit and for the sub woofer, if they are on separate circuits, you may want to check your circuit breaker to see if it might have tripped. Try plugging the main unit into the outlet that your sub woofer is plugged into since that appears to be working and see if your main unit turns on.
