Q: How is console gaming on this tv?
A: Hi, I have this tv and it is wonderful for gaming. I game at 3840x2160 on my computer hooked up to it and response time is fast. So I know if I can game at 4k with my pc then console gaming should not be a problem. I mainly do fps games such as Cod and overwatch. But other games such as the witcher 3 also looks fantastic and there is no lag whatsoever with any of the games I have tried. Hope this helps!
A: I was in the same dilemma, I needed to replace my previous LG and Samsung 1080p (s) 120 hz / 600 HZ and I looked at both and the LG seemed better overall. I selected it, got it home, tuned it with the 4K UHD HDR Samsung Player , added monster and a Rocketfish 4K HDR 2.0 HDMI and it pops....it does take some fine tuning for sound and picture depending on cable, player, console, but once you do that your good. I think you will be happier with either but, in truth, they are both great, LG always seems to be a touch better overall to me.

A: I find that very interesting. I have seen a few gaming video on the LG UH7700 and they look good. There are recommended settings for each tv. A: Go with this one man, i am hard core into gaming and ps4 and xbox look absolutely phenomenal. You can adjust the video picture to your liking and i use game mode for the low latency. And with future consoles being 4k hdr capable, this is a great value.
