Q: My LG G4 boot looped and died. Can I use the Sim card from that LG in this G5?
A: I replaced my LG G3 with an unlocked LG G5. The good people at best buy took the micro-SIM out of the G3, trimmed it slightly to turn it into a nano-SIM, and placed it in my new G5. It worked great. Your G4 uses a micro-SIM, just like my G3 did. Best Buy should be able to trim it to work in a new G5.

A: I was with T-Mobile before moving to Ting (great company, by the way. So affordable!) and used our LG phones with them. T-Mobile is a GSM carrier.

Q: Is there a warranty if something does not work?
A: Great question! The G5 does carry a 1 year manufacturer's warranty for any manufacturing defects.
A: Its universal GSM unlocked, no carrier bundle and no bloatware. Its almost pure android experience. You will get updates in india. For warranty, i am unsure that whether lg service center in india will entertain you and render any support service. However, you can register your product with lg and contact them for support (you need to ship to lg manufacturing in south korea). Please note, if you purchase it from best buy, it will be loaded with android NOUGAT (version 7.0) although description lays Marshmellow (version 6.0)
