Q: What switches are they? Are they better than cherry or kailh?

A: Logitech uses their own Romer-G switches. They sound quieter than the regular cherry switches but closer to the silent cherries. They also claim they last longer by about 20 million key strokes but depending on your amount of gaming that could be a year or so longer, 70 million key strokes vs the 50 million of the cherry mx.

Q: Would this be good for youtube? What I mean by that is are the switches loud?

A: I've got the Romer-G switches, not Cherry (like on the G610), and I love them. They are not substantially louder than a Microsoft keyboard I was using before, but make no mistake, mechanical switches are not quiet. If you can use a headset and not a unidirectional microphone, that would likely help a lot. I'm on teleconference meetings quite a bit and this keyboard has not made anybody unduly upset with me.

Q: Does this game as of 7/15/16 still come w/ a free The Division key?

A: No it does not. Quite frankly, I hope by now you're still not playing The Division.

Q: how long will it be on sale for ??

A: I guess its no more on sale

Q: Is this better than the g910 Orion spectrum?

A: Yes, this keyboard has a simplistic style that fits right with any set up. Also I feel the Romer G-Switches have been tweak a bit for this keyboard and all keyboards after the G810 they just feel better then the G910. You still get 12 macros to choose per profile and RGB lighting is customized on all keycaps. Only downside is that it is not ergonomic to feel comfortable to the hands after long periods of time.

Q: Can you save the lighting settings to hardware and use your custom lighting without having the drivers installed?

A: No, unfortunately this model doesn't include any onboard memory to save lighting profiles to, you must have the Logitech software installed to do that. The only thing you can do is cycle through the preloaded lighting settings.

Q: How long will the sale take place?

A: It looks to be on price match so as long as the price their matching stays the same

Q: there is a Russian text? whether there is a Russian keyboard layout?

A: Best Buy in the USA only sells US keyboard. The specific G810 keyboard does not have any other function or keycaps. No Russian keycaps.
