Q: Does it include a wall mounting template?
A: No, but it does have keyhole slots in the back. You just need to measure the distance apart, put nails or screws in the wall spaced properly, and place the unit on the nails/screws and slide on.
Q: Will it accommodate an air conditioner?
A: Airconditioners should be plugged on the main socket. It may but would never recommend it.
