Q: Is there warranty? If so, from who? Best Buy or Motorola?
A: Motorola. BestBuy is an authorized re-seller, so there won't be any issues getting support from Moto. However, BB will try and sell you a Geek Squad warranty. I'd look into Square Trade if you want. My home owners insurance actually overs my phones with a $50 deductible.
A: You will have to purchase a SIM card separately. This is because Best Buy nor Motorola know which carrier you will be using, so they leave it up to you to decide and purchase the SIM from your chosen carrier. There are a few SIM cards for sale inside Best Buy stores and online.

A: Yes. This device has gorilla glass and I am very happy with the acquisition due to the quality of photos that it takes. I used it every day in Disney parks and the quality of the videos and the pictures is great.
