A: Yes, PSU is built-in as well as adadtional SSD space

Q: Is there a way to costimize the desktop before buying it

A: I am unsure if BestBuy has a customize option, but there are other sites that let you customize builds though they may not carry this exact MSI Build/case. If you just looking at this for Aesthetics then it already has a good build while looking good, otherwise you can always ask your local BestBuy if theyhave an option to customize.
