A: Not a speaker. Therefore no watts. You mount speakers on them.

A: Unfortunately this will not work with the JBL 2500

A: Yes they will. It comes with the adapter to accommodate it. I just recently purchased the speaker mounts to mount my Klipsch Icon VS14 Surrounds. So far, no problems. They support up to 20 lbs which worked out perfectly for my set up.
